1 Mona Rd Darling Point
- Zait is proud to be engaged by the Lords Group on this prestigious Class 2 Residential building at 1 Mona Rd Darling Point designed by MHNDUNION.
- The development has 7 levels of residential apartments and 2 levels of basement parking. The development is in a marine environment and includes an alfresco stair to the roof with level access to the unit.
Cabra-Vale Diggers Club
- Zait is proud to be collaborating with one of NSW’s largest clubs’ latest developments – Stage 2.
- The development of the already popular venue, ‘Cabra-Vale Diggers Club’, consist of a substantial extension of the venue, bringing new bars, clubs, restaurants, entertainment facilities, outdoor pool and cabanas for the new multi-storey hotel and a two-level basement car park, designed by Altis Architecture.
- Zait involvement consist of Structural, Civil and Façade Engineering, combining disciplinaries with Revit and BIM 360 capabilities were able to provide clash detections with all building elements in the design phase to provide the most feasible, sustainable, and optimal solutions.


Christ the redeemer Maronite Church
- Zait is delighted to be chosen by the Maronite community to provide structural engineering design and supervision services to their new spiritual home in Dural, designed by Design Cubicle.
- The architectural and spiritual intent of the church is to bring the community together under a solid concrete cross clear spanning across the congregation while allowing slits of light glowing through the centre of the cross. The nave remains column free with clear sightlines to the sanctuary.
14-20 Premier Street, Neutral Bay
- Zait is excited to be designing the structure for this prestige apartment project in the harbourside suburb of Neutral Bay. The architects are ESS Lifestyle.
- These high-quality apartments cascade down the hill from Premier St for 6 levels. The parking is underground against the side of the hill on the bottom levels and is accessed by 2 vehicular lifts from the street level. From level 3 the apartment is out of the ground on all sides with grand courtyards on all sides. Level 6 has a roof top garden on the northern end.


14-16 Albert St Ingleburn C1 Childcare
- Zait was selected by Pintano Property to provide integrated Structural, Civil, Stormwater and Façade engineering design and supervision services to their new Childcare Centre at Ingleburn, designed by Hames Sharley.
- The childcare centre comprises of a Lobby, 2 Preschool rooms, 2 Toddler rooms, Kitchen, Cot Room, Infant Room, Staff Rooms, Outdoor Play Terrace and at grade Outdoor Play Areas over a single level basement car park.
45 Pendlebury Road Cardiff
- Zait was selected by Amarcon Group to provide Hydraulic and Stormwater engineering design and supervision services to their new Residential Development in Cardiff, designed by Shaddock Architects
- The development comprises of 3 towers with 4 residential levels, 1 levels of basement car parking. The design included all stormwater reticulation through the superstructure, stormwater collection at the ground plane, stormwater collection in the basement, On Site Detention and outfall to the Legal point of discharge into the nearby stormwater channel. The design was required to pass tightly over a main sewer line to access the outlet point.
- ZAIT also provided the Sedimentation and Environmental Management Plan for the project as required by the development application.


80-86 Spit Rd Mosman
- Zait is excited to be designing the structure for this prestige apartment project in the harbourside suburb of Mosman, designed by PBD Architects.
- These prestige apartments have 3 levels of apartments with an undulating façade to Spit Rd. There are 2 levels of parking underground. The apartments all boast of large balconies shaped by the convolutions of the façade and cantilevering where possible to give uninterrupted views.
- The shoring system was close to multiple utilities in Spit Road and the design investigated the interactions with these pipes and cables. The shoring system also retained the Spit Road which is a RMS asset and the design approval was required from that department. The architectural design drove a post tensioned solution to cater for large spans and column transfers. We provided full post-tensioned design and documentation.
160 Pacific Highway, North Sydney
- Zait was selected by Luxcom Developments to provide integrated Civil engineering design and supervision services to their new Residential Development in North Sydney, designed by PBD Architects.
- The development comprises of 7 residential levels, 2 retail levels over 3 levels of basement car parking. The design included the Pacific Highway frontage, the Doohat Street frontage, and the rebuilding of Doohat Lane. All civil works accommodated delivery trucks accessing the loading docks for the commercial areas.


254 Soldiers Point Road, Salamander Bay
- Zait is proud to be engaged by Cerretti Holdings on this Class 2 Residential building at 254 Soldiers Point Road, Salamander Bay designed by Space Design Architexture. The development has 3 levels of residential apartments. The development is in a marine environment.
- Zait involvement consist of Façade Engineering including, review all facade elements, junction and fixing details including all attachments and interface of facade elements with the structure including quality, performance, serviceability, suitability, appropriateness, and maintenance requirements of selected materials and/or systems in relation to weatherproofing, waterproofing including but not limited to:
