Zait was selected by Equity Development Management & Centuria Capital to provide Hydraulic and Stormwater engineering design and supervision services to their new Residential Development in Gosford, designed by Shaddock Architects.

The development comprises of 8 residential levels, 1 levels of basement car parking. The design included all stormwater reticulation through the superstructure, stormwater collection at the ground plane, stormwater collection in the basement, On Site Detention and outfall to the Legal point of discharge into the existing street drainage.

The design included a separate system to pass inter allotment drainage through the development to a separate legal point of discharge into a new kerb inlet in the existing street drainage. Allowances were made for future connections into this system as required by the Development Application.

This project is one that brought some interesting drainage challenges, to which our Team was dedicated to overcoming, to deliver a safe environment for families.
