160 Pacific Highway, North Sydney

Zait was selected by Luxcom Developments to provide integrated Civil engineering design and supervision services to their new Residential Development in North Sydney, designed by PBD Architects.

The development comprises of 7 residential levels, 2 retail levels over 3 levels of basement car parking. The design included the Pacific Highway frontage, the Doohat Street frontage, and the rebuilding of Doohat Lane. All civil works accommodated delivery trucks accessing the loading docks for the commercial areas.

The civil design included documenting the rebuilding the kerb and gutter and pavements. All roadworks and cross overs were designed to Australian standards for clearances and turning circles. All details and design were to North Sydney Council Standards and requirements to achieve S138 approval.

This project is one that brought some interesting civil and drainage challenges, to which our Team was dedicated to overcoming, to deliver a safe environment for families and staff.
